I just wanted to commend Northpark Lexus on an excellent job. I dropped off my vehicle for servicing and couldn't have received better service. My advisor Erika made sure I was informed on the progress of my car by calling and leaving messages when I couldn't get to the phone.  She was so pleasant to talk to and extremely helpful. I purchased a used Toyota Camry from North Park Lexus. It was clearly not a big money maker for them and yet they treated me as if I'd purchased a top-of-the-line Lexus. When I got the car home to Austin, I realized that it had a problem (which was not their fault) and that any other dealer would have considered trivial. Not only did they take my concern seriously, but they sent a driver to Austin to bring me a loaner and take my car back to San Antonio to address the issue. North Park went above and beyond to not only solve the problem but to even enhance the car! My wife and I were thinking of trading cars. We had a thought that we wanted a new Lexus GX460 but didn't know much about pricing or options. I contacted dealerships in Houston, Ft. Worth, Dallas and San Antonio. NO other dealer did as much as North Park Lexus to offer me the best options, pricing, and information! It was not even close ... and the shocking thing was the others were all really good ... North Park was just GREAT!

Nice & friendly people. If you decide to purchase/lease a Lexus, I recommend you contact John Maldonado. He's honest, not pushy, and straight forward.
They have a complimentary espresso/coffee bar, fresh baked cookies, popcorn, fruits, Italian sodas, teas, sodas, & other snacks in the "lounge area" while you wait for your car to be serviced. Two Mac computers and two game consoles (not sure if XBOX or PS3). Their is also a masseuse that offers complimentary massage while you wait; however, her hours of operation are limited. -Tammy S. I could not be more satisified with North Park. I'm so happy I don't know how to express it! I am loving my car! Jamie,Steve, Jose and Ruby were wonderful. I looked for a pre-owned vehicle for more than 1 year prior to ultimately buying my car at North Park Lexus this September. I bought my car from them because they gave me a fair price on the vehicle and had great customer service. I never had to argue with the car dealer over the price and just had a civil discussion over their asking price and the price I could pay. Once we agreed on the price, they took care of everything else. I'm very glad I went to them. By the way, I took my pre-owned vehicle to get checked out by an independent mechanic prior to paying for the car. North Park didn't hassle me about this.
