I had a great service experience with Taylor Atkins today at Lexus. He was friendly, professional, and product knowledgeable. We were able to agree on a fair price and completed our transaction in fast time. The product introduction was detailed and all the settings in my vehicle were arranged. However, my research revealed a unique challenge: no LS allocation with these options was available at any Lexus dealer in Texas or its vicinity. North Park Lexus had a car coming in with Silver Illusion paint (a pricy upgrade), so I called them to arrange to drive down from Austin to take a look. Meeting Nikki Sample on the phone was a good start. Nikki met us in the Lobby and took us to see the color on an LS. We were convinced. We discussed our expectations, and she pledged that if we left it with her, she would find us the vehicle we wanted. She worked to get an LS from the factory, searched dealer inventory nationwide, and finally made a deal for a car in California. We knew right away that Nikki was who we needed. She was very knowledgeable, assured, and direct in her communications. Nikki stayed in touch with email updates, and we talked on the phone. She asked us to trust her, and we did. Nikki is brilliant. We unreservedly recommend Nikki and North Park Lexus. At the delivery, we got to know Nikki's assistant, Kameron Vincent. He, too, merits a five. My daughter and I had a wonderful car purchase experience at NorthPark Lexus. Brittany went above and beyond the call of duty to find us a car that fit my daughters must have requirements and her budget. We quickly got to the Out the Door Price and had a quick and painless experience through the finance dept as well. We were more than surprised to get a slightly better loan rates from Lexus Financial services than we did from our Credit Union. So another win for this team here too! The whole first visit to driving out with the car was also very quick -- this is how car buying should be.
