Very pleased with 2023 RX 350 Luxury. Overall positive experience enhanced by courteous professional staff. Only disappointment is that Lexus would NOT work with us to swap out the 21 inch wheels with 50 profile tires--they ride way to rough for a luxury model but would be perfect on an F-Sport. Not sure why lexus would even put such inappropriate wheels and tires on a Luxury model when they obviously compromise the ride quality!
